This is the first time this has happened. Every time a user posted a review which consisted of problem reports, the AMO team removed it since it was not a review. However, this time this one has been allowed to stay already two times: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/youtube-plus/reviews/845615/
It is a problem that I have tested and confirmed that doesn’t exist, therefor it is something on the user’s end only, something that is causing his problems which the add-on has no control over, it is an issue that I have to follow up with him back and forth to see if we can find out what is causing his problems and because the AMO reviewers are allowing it to stay there I will have to use the review section for the purpose that it wasn’t meant for: problem support, debugging, troubleshooting, all in a place where there should only be actual reviews.
Every single review like this that was posted in the past has been removed, but now this one is somehow an exception and has been approved twice. I cannot understand what this makes it special when comparing with all the others:

It seems to be what I am looking for, BUT after I installed it and made the necessary settings for this addon, I saw that some of its functions ARE NOT WORKING AT ALL, no matter what I do, or how many time I press that function’s buttons or not!
I am referring to: “Pop-out video”, “Fullbrowser mode” and “Cinema mode”!
I am using Firefox 50.1.0!

Since Christmas every new video i open stays paused, i have to manually click play now. I changed the autoplay option but it didn’t do anything. Also some videos sometimes stay black and won’t load at all but if i disable greasemonkey and reload the page it works again.
I guess it is a bug and will be fixed sometime soon but just to check, does somebody else got the same problem?

I love all the other features of the extension. Its like the RES of youtube. But the auto play button on playlists doesnt seem to do anything. Its the most annoying thing in youtube when you just want to watch one video out of your playlist and it goes to the next one straight away.

Latest version to date has the “Blacklist” feature broken; the X does not appear on video thumbnails anymore.
And I can go on and on with plenty of other removed reviews like these.
Even that specific review title is completely wrong “Doesn’t work anymore” which any user and reviewer can see for himself that it does work and any of its features work correctly.
So, after all of these examples which have been removed because they were not review content, why is this one in specific being allowed, especially after having very recently (6 days ago) been threatened by a user to have all my work negatively voted out of spite and the account of this specific review was coincidentally created on the day of the posted review, as well as shortly after this user making these threats, and I quote part of it:
as you can see, i can play this game too & if it happened to be fixed without my will, i’ll make an even better report under “firefox” & another nick, that will look darker than the previous one & come out of the blue.

So, this user threatened to create an account on AMO just to post a bad rate on my add-on for no reason other than revenge and a few days later, here we have a negative review with problems that do not exist and somehow this review is allowed to stay when all the others weren’t.
Forgetting about the stalking user and his threats which he followed through, is this now what the review section is for? Because if it is then I might as well stop redirecting the users to the correct place for this subject and use the review section as an issue tracker as well.
EDIT: I would like to ask for the reviewers/admins to cross check this user account ip/details since it is the same user that made the threats: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/user/delicacy/

I am certain they are the same user and he made that second account just to post a fake negative review on my add-on.
