Who/what is Clean Gmail?

I do not have an app called Clean Gmail, yet every time I open my Firefox browser, I get a ab dedicated to Clean Gmail asking for money. To me this smells like a scam or, at the very least, way too aggressive advertising. The link is: http://mybrowseraddon.com/clean-email.html?v=0.1.5&type=install

How can I stop this from popping up every time I run Firefox? I do have Adblocker for Gmail installed. Will removing this add-on remove the ads?

It’s likely that one of your add-ons is causing the ad to appear. It should be easy to verify by disabling the add-ons and checking if the ad goes away.

Yep, that’s what it was. I disabled AdBlocker for Gmail and the annoying ad went away … just like they advertised! :stuck_out_tongue:
