Since the latest update when you click on a bookmark it doesn’t open. You have to open in new tab to get it to open. Also the Tiles are missing my New Page and the settings cog/gear is missing. It is this way on both my desktop and laptop.
Found the problem. Classic Theme Restorer needed to be updated.
