Finally we have a draft about the Alignment between Reps and Participation Team working group.
The proposal (3 pages) is very simple but important to define the step for that activity so we want your feedback on the document.
We defined: the tools that we must to use, the period and frequency for communication, the feedback process and adapt in the quarter on the changes.
I repeat, is very important a feedback because this can change our workflow to define the schedule of our plans (as community leaders) for the future, at the same time improve the communication early enough to organize ourself.
