TOPIC 2 - Indian Community meet-ups - Konstantina , Priyanka, Umesh, Ankit

• Many volunteers doing different contributions but not all community members knew what everybody was doing
• Event was structured on the following goals:
• Restructure and Reboot of the community
• Community’s alignment with Mozilla’s goals
• Building leadership skills
• We wanted to have communication channels and transparency in our community
• We received many restructure proposals and we narrowed down and presented in the meet-up

TOPIC 3 - EU community Gathering - Guillermo and Brian

• A Community Gathering organized by Participation Team (previous: Brazil and India) with commons goals of:
• Goals:
• Align attendees with what is happening at Mozilla
• Work with community leaders to build up our mobilizing strength in Europe
• Plan for two campaigns that we will be focusing on the upcoming months
• Maker Party EU (and Copyright reform campaign)
