I am having problems with Thunderbird addons, I have linux mint mate istalled on a usb stick with persistance.
I have been trying to install addons on thunderbird but have run into a problem if i select an addon to ad, thunderbird email comes up instead so i cannot get to install any applications from the store.
I have even tried it on cinnamon but have the same problem. The problem seams to only on live distros.
