Swag Request Survey

Hey all,

In order to improve our swag request process, we need your help.

Please fill in the following survey:
https://goo.gl/forms/wbgv81CIpPJDXN0Z2

You can also share this survey to everyone who has experience with the swag request process (no need to be a Rep). You will need 7-10 minutes to complete this survey and this will stay open until next Tuesday, 28 March 2017.

Please help us understand the current situation and let us know how we should improve. Because your opinion, matters. (:

Hello all,

First of all I do appreciate the initiation of the Reps team.

But to be very honest I have filled a lot of these surveys and none of them have worked in the favor of the “unsatisfied” group. I am almost sure that this time too it won’t be any different.

Despite my hesitations I have completed the survey. Lets see if I will be wrong this time.

Hey Surit,

thanks for your time to fill the survey. Let’s keep our hopes high. We will try our best to take the insights we got from this survey to improve our swag request procedure.

I started to try and do the survey, but if when my reply to the first question is “No” it’s between hard and impossible to reply to any following questions, actually, so I didn’t complete the survey. It’s been some time since I requested swag, but I will again soon.

Hey Kairo,

That wouldn’t be a problem. There is no special distinction on the procedure in the past 6 months either, so you can fill out the survey based on your past experience.

And I just remember that you actually did, for the Rep welcome pack

Hey all,

the result of the survey is out. You can check them out here.

Thanks for everyone who already took the survey. Your feedback is really important for us to improve our swag procedure in the future.

I’ve created a blog post to list down some key learnings of the survey and to outline some ideas of improvement. Please share your feedback in this Discourse thread if you want to add something.

Cheers,
Kiki

Great work, I love the datastudio view. This makes it really easy to understand the results. Looking forward to see your ideas about specific improvements and experiments! I’m sure you have the Council’s full support here
