Hi, I work in a call center and we use firefox to make notes in a crm. I am looking for an add on that goes on my tool bar. that will let me click a button and insert a phrase like not available etc help!! I currently use click words but theres got to be an easier option!
Can you explain what you think could be easier? Have you tried contacting the developer of clickwords?
