Jpm sign [Server response: You do not own this addon]

I try

jpm sign --api-key mykey --api-secret mysecret
and get error
JPM [info] Created XPI for signing: /tmp/tmp-unsigned-xpi-2421gEG3JRK6FcDu/addon1.xpi
Server response: You do not own this addon. (status: 403)
JPM [debug] cleaning up XPI temp directory
JPM [info] FAIL
What are wrong?

Did you generate your API secret using the same account that owns the add-on? Is this the first version you upload?

It’s my first addon. It sign ok if it download to site, but sign error if use jpm.

Does that mean you already uploaded it once? If so, do you have a link?
