How to recover account

Hi there,

I’m having an issue why our company extension: I’m trying to login with the credentials I have and I get a “account doesn’t exist” error. I’ve tried creating a new one and uploading the updated extension but it complains the extension ID already exists.
I have no idea which account the extension is attached to or how to recover it.
How can I recover/find the proper account email?

It’s possible that you missed the migration to Firefox Accounts. In that case, you just need to create a new account using the same email address you used for your original AMO account, and that should give you access to your add-on.
