Designs submitted today so neither have users yet. But it appears the designer has two accounts and uploaded the design to both.
Hi Pam, really this author has deceived me …
since the two nick names are identical, I always saw a single theme in his account, while in the Recently Added page there were both … I thought to a temporary system error, then at the end I forgot to post duplication.

I understand. With the way that some people seem to upload designs, turn around and delete them just to upload them again, it’s not hard to accidentally approve a duplicate. Not to mention in this case there were two accounts involved.
I think it was just last week that I was reviewing some designs and I had approved a design to only have it show back up in the review queue once the page reloaded. Here, the design was deleted while I was in the process of reviewing it and uploaded again. So no worries!

The thumbnail and the theme page shows a sports car with a logo, but when you mouse-over it, there is no car or logo and it is a duplicate of this design: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/fastblackflag/
I’m not sure why the theme page and thumbnail isn’t the same as what displays on mouse-over. I even checked to see what would display once installed and it’s the flag design, not the car design.
