OKRs

  • We have started the OKR (Objective, Key Results) goalsetting process for the second quarter with the Community Development Team.
  • Michael is representing the Council in a small team to get the initial draft done, and the whole Council is invited to the team call this Thursday to discuss this draft.
  • According to the initial draft of OKRs we have also started to gather ideas for the Reps program OKRs based on those.
  • We are well on track and will update you shortly

Budget for Q1/Q2 2017

  • The budget allocation for Q1 and Q2 is finished
  • Konstantina is finishing up the tracking sheet (public and Council internal)
  • The communication piece is ready and can be shared once that is done

Next Issue of Newsletter

  • We are currently gathering ideas for the next issue of the newsletter
  • Please give us your feedback about it and we can incorporate this in the next issue

Mobilizers

  • The Mobilizer sentiment survey is being worked on and will be shared soon with all Reps to fill out
  • According to the feedback we got in the Discourse topic, we went ahead and decided on a plan
  • We will share a form and more information soon

We still have all our tasks in the Reps GitHub repository, have a look there to get involved and keep up to date with what we’re up to.

Some “Peers Marketing”: maybe it’s worth noting that Peers provided extensive feedback to the Q2 OKRs. This feedback seems to have been highly appreciated by the Council.

On the Newsletter: ParSys finally migrated the Reps Portal from SCL3 (Santa Clara data center) to the ParSys AWS account. Watch for a ParticipationSystems post by @yousef.
