OKRs
- We have started the OKR (Objective, Key Results) goalsetting process for the second quarter with the Community Development Team.
- Michael is representing the Council in a small team to get the initial draft done, and the whole Council is invited to the team call this Thursday to discuss this draft.
- According to the initial draft of OKRs we have also started to gather ideas for the Reps program OKRs based on those.
- We are well on track and will update you shortly
Budget for Q1/Q2 2017
- The budget allocation for Q1 and Q2 is finished
- Konstantina is finishing up the tracking sheet (public and Council internal)
- The communication piece is ready and can be shared once that is done
Next Issue of Newsletter
- We are currently gathering ideas for the next issue of the newsletter
- Please give us your feedback about it and we can incorporate this in the next issue
Mobilizers
- The Mobilizer sentiment survey is being worked on and will be shared soon with all Reps to fill out
- According to the feedback we got in the Discourse topic, we went ahead and decided on a plan
- We will share a form and more information soon
