May be someone know how to fix this issue.
When I install addon (signed at addons.mozilla.org) from local file, or from addon.mozilla.org, nothing happening.
If I run firefox from console, it it some error in console:
A coding exception was thrown in a Promise rejection callback.

In Firefox Safe mode it the same error. It’s happening with many extensions.
OS: Linux Tumbleweed
