The Meta WG have the role to define many questions about the recognition of the tasks and/or activities of the rep but there are some categorizations like development that is very focused or event organization that is an activity with a specific duration.
So after the discussion about Improve the Reps Portal for recognition and Combination of specialization we have another question for you.
The question is “How we can balance the involvement between opportunities and specializations”?
An idea is to do that with the Functional Area groups that evaluate every rep of their group with the mentor of that rep. In this way with a personal analysis for every rep is possible define the involvement, what do you think?
PS: The Functional Area groups idea for reps was born in the last Meta WG meeting and need to be evaluate also with this discussion.
